Are there children involved?
Are you willing to focus on your own conduct, even though you can't control her decision? "I don't know yet" is an honest answer and it won't disqualify you.
If accepted, are you prepared to invest $197? Applying costs nothing. Nothing is charged unless I accept you and you choose to go ahead.
Optional, and separate from your application. Leaving it unchecked has no effect on whether I accept you. Either way I'll still email you about your own application, payment, and session.

I don't need your marriage history, your wife's contact details, screenshots of her messages, or anything about her health or her family — and I'm not going to ask for them. None of it changes whether a planning session is the right help.
